Grooves offers non-compensatory internships to dance and theatre undergraduate and graduate students. Internships are available with select age groups for a 7-month performance session. Interns accepted into the program will:
 choreograph a minimum of one complete dance number;
research and supplement their dance piece with a lesson plan that covers
music, dance, fashion and history of the selected time period;
learn other dance numbers; and
teach the performance session dances to students.
